Today is clear liquid day and guess what James is doing? Cooking beans and making the whole house smell like food. He is also going to make some barbacue.
I was down this morning to 180.25 and my BS was 101. Guess I will sit around and read today and start the prep for my test tomorrow.
So far I am sipping on a caffine free diet coke and sipping on a cup of beef bullion. I have made myself two cups of lemon jello that I will have later today. Probably more beef bullion for supper. Not going to be a fun day.
